The Academic Coach Experience:
Our Academic Coaches don’t just help kids with their homework; using our innovative Executive Functioning curriculum, our services extend beyond traditional tutoring to provide our students with lifelong habits for success during recurring one-on-one sessions.
- Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions
- Collaborative and energetic environment with all one-on-one sessions taking place in our office
- Paid training with opportunities to shadow veteran Academic Coaches
- Access to Executive Functioning resources and other study materials to utilize within sessions
- Personal and professional development opportunities via “[Leadership Role] for a Day” program, EnricheryU conferences, informal mentoring, and a promote-from-within culture
- Healthcare benefits for coaches who work 32+ hours per week
What you should offer:
- Desire to make an impact on K-12 students
- Solid ability to teach content and connect with students
- AP-level knowledge in at least 2 core classes
- Subjects our students primarily need help with: English/Writing, Social Studies, History, Economics, Government, Mathematics (all levels), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Natural Sciences, all elementary-level subjects, Spanish, Geography, Computer Science, Statistics, Theology, Psychology, and ACT, SAT, and ISEE Test Preparation (training provided for Test Prep)
- Evening & Weekend Availability of at least 15 hours per week (Sessions occur between 3pm-9pm Monday-Thursday; must be available for at least 4 hours on Sundays within the hours of 10am-7pm)

What you should offer:
- Desire to make an impact on K-12 students
- Solid ability to teach content and connect with students

What you should offer:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Desire to make an impact on K-12 students
- Solid ability to teach content and connect with students
- Evening & Weekend Availability of at least 15 hours per week (Sessions occur between 3pm-9pm Monday-Thursday; must be available for at least 4 hours on Sundays within the hours of 10am-7pm)
Our leadership staff are the muscles behind the scenes! Our Directors, Office Managers, and Front Desk Coordinators ensure that our office is running smoothly and reaching its potential.
Directors are responsible for student progress, coach management, and location revenue & health. Experience in education and sales is a must.
Office Managers maintain student and staff schedules, ensure the office is stocked and tidy, and greet all incoming families. Experience in scheduling and customer service is a must.
Front Desk Coordinators work the evening and weekend shifts, greeting new families, making adjustments to schedules, and proctoring mock exams. Experience in customer service is a must.
