Roneisha graduated from Howard University with a BS in Health Science and has been a coach at The Enrichery for a few years. She brings a creative and thoughtful approach to her work, shaped by experience in teaching, executive functioning coaching, and instructional design. Roneisha enjoys tailoring sessions to each student’s needs and finding ways to make learning feel relevant and engaging.
Roneisha works with elementary, middle and high school students, with a focus on math. She is Texas certified in math and science for grades 4 through 8 and has spent years helping students build strong academic and executive functioning skills. Her experience designing curriculum helps her create custom activities that support understanding and retention.
Roneisha is a highly creative person who once organized themed pop-up events in Houston. She enjoys bringing that same creativity into her coaching, often connecting lessons to student interests.
Roneisha’s favorite core value is Be Intentional. She believes every session should be thoughtfully designed around a student’s specific needs.
