Empowering Students to Unlock Lifelong Success

Dawn holds both a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from LeTourneau University and brings a wealth of leadership, training, and coaching experience to The Enrichery. Her background includes leading national sales training programs, managing a neurofeedback clinic, and serving as a Board Certified Neurofeedback Technician. Dawn is also deeply involved in the mental health community, where she leads behavioral health initiatives and facilitates peer support groups for caregivers. She is passionate about helping others grow through challenges and believes that taking ownership, learning from mistakes, and continuing to move forward are the keys to success. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys reading, antiquing, and spending time with her family at their lake house.
