Executive functioning— the set of skills that includes organization, focus, and time management— is the hidden driver of school success. In this engaging session, parents will learn what executive functions are, how they show up in daily life, and how to strengthen them at home. Interactive examples will help parents see these skills in action, and we’ll wrap up with practical tools families can start using immediately to build stronger habits and reduce stress.
The college admissions process can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! In this talk, we cut through the noise and break down exactly what colleges are looking for today. Parents will walk away with a clear roadmap for building strong applications, avoiding common pitfalls, and setting realistic expectations. The session ends with actionable steps families can start immediately to strengthen their student’s path toward college success.
Middle school is where habits, confidence, and executive functioning skills begin to take shape. In this interactive session, parents will learn how to support their child during these critical years without hovering or nagging. We’ll share practical tools for building independence, organization, and resilience — and every parent will leave with specific strategies they can try at home that same week.

This presentation explores how parents can guide their child toward discovering interests, exploring strengths, and connecting them to potential career paths without adding pressure.
