David brings a thoughtful and encouraging presence to his work with students. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in data science from the University of Houston and has been part of The Enrichery team for quite some time. David genuinely enjoys watching students grow more confident in their abilities, especially when something that once felt overwhelming starts to click.
With experience as an instructor at Coder Kids, David is skilled at breaking down complex ideas into manageable pieces. He works with elementary and middle school students across all subjects and supports high school students in math through calculus. He is also one of our test prep experts, and every one of his test prep students has seen significant improvement after completing their preparation. David encourages students to focus on the main ideas of each chapter before diving into details, helping them build understanding step by step.
Outside of academics, David loves to write stories. He enjoys creating characters and exploring new ideas through writing, which reflects his creativity and curiosity. That imaginative side often shows up in his sessions, helping him explain concepts in fresh and engaging ways.
David’s favorite core value is Win as One. He believes that while working alone might feel faster, real growth and long-term success come from collaboration. For David, learning is a shared journey where students, coaches, and families support one another.
