Get to Know Olivia, Academic Coach
Olivia brings a passion for biology, STEM, mentorship, and lifelong learning to her role as an Academic Coach. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Syracuse University in May 2026 and has experience supporting students in both academic and residential settings. Olivia enjoys working with students because she loves helping them feel confident in their abilities and encouraging them to stay curious when learning something new. She believes that a supportive environment can make challenging subjects feel more approachable and rewarding.
Where Olivia Makes an Impact
Olivia has built a diverse background in education, mentoring, leadership, customer service, and healthcare-related settings. At Syracuse University, she served as both a Peer Mentor and Residential Mentor with the InclusiveU program, supporting students with intellectual disabilities in academic and residential environments. She also worked as a PLTL Leader, helping fellow students strengthen their understanding of biology coursework. Her experience extends to working with middle school students through a summer enrichment program at Hathaway Brown School, as well as serving as a Junior Teacher and summer camp staff member. Olivia also completed a clinical research internship at Cleveland Clinic, gaining experience in a professional healthcare and research environment. As a former sorority Vice President, she developed strong leadership, communication, organization, and teamwork skills. At The Enrichery, Olivia tutors STEM subjects across all grade levels, helping students approach science with curiosity and confidence.

When she’s not working with students, Olivia loves trying new recipes, watching documentaries, and spending time exploring Pinterest. She’s especially interested in science and health and enjoys learning more about biology and the human body. Olivia is always looking for new experiences and opportunities to learn something new, bringing that same curiosity into her work with students.

Olivia’s favorite core value is Win as One because she believes strong teams are built when everyone feels supported, valued, and responsible for contributing to a shared goal. She believes students thrive when they know they don’t have to navigate challenges alone. By encouraging collaboration, celebrating progress, and creating a supportive learning environment, Olivia strives to help every student feel like an important part of the team.
