Favorite Core Value
Ana’s favorite core value is Roll Up Your Sleeves (and Own It) because she believes challenges are best overcome by facing them head-on. She understands that growth often comes from taking responsibility, putting in the effort, and continuing forward even when things are difficult. This mindset has guided her through her own career transitions and personal growth. Ana brings that same determination and resilience to her work with students, encouraging them to approach challenges with confidence and perseverance.
