Background

Ashley Krug holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Towson University. Before joining The Enrichery, she worked in private school admissions for over a decade, partnering with families to identify schools that aligned with their child’s needs and strengths. Alongside her work in education, Ashley owned and operated a dance company that provided after-school dance programming for local schools. She is passionate about truly getting to know students and supporting them as they build confidence, discover their potential, and work toward meaningful goals.

Where Ashley Makes an Impact

Ashley’s background in school psychology shapes how she understands learning, development, and student growth. She brings insight into how children learn and how to support students as they navigate academic expectations and build school readiness. Through her years as an admissions director, she developed a deep awareness of the stress families experience when making educational decisions. Her goal is to guide families with clarity and empathy as they find the environment that best supports their child and family as a whole.

Did You Know?

Ashley was born and lived on the East Coast before relocating to Texas in 2018. She marched in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade twice and danced professionally while completing graduate school. Ashley has taught dance to students for more than a decade and has a strong musical background. She plays the flute, piano, guitar, and mellophone.

Ashley’s favorite core value is Be Intentional, a principle she applies both at work and in daily life. Living intentionally allows her to approach each day with purpose and be thoughtful about her words and actions. This mindset helps her remain present while striving toward growth and long-term goals. By leading with intention, Ashley brings focus, structure, and a positive, goal-oriented perspective to everything she does.
