Carol’s favorite core value is Be Intentional, because it reinforces accountability in both words and actions. She believes this value ensures follow-through on commitments made to coaches, administrators, and families. Being intentional guides how she approaches her work and supports meaningful, trustworthy relationships. She also applies this value in her personal life by prioritizing purposeful time with family and friends.
