Get to Know Dominique, Location Director at Sugar Land
Dominique brings a passion for education and leadership to her role as Location Director of our Sugar Land location. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, providing a strong foundation for supporting both students and educators. Dominique loves helping students discover their potential and believes that every child deserves an environment where they can grow with confidence. Her favorite part of her work is partnering with families and coaches to help students achieve meaningful academic and personal success.
Where Dominique Makes an Impact
Dominique’s career spans classrooms, coaching, and educational leadership. She completed her teaching internship in an elementary school before spending six years teaching first, third, and fourth grade at Title I schools in Florida. She later served as an elementary reading coach, directed a private preschool for three and a half years, and taught as a professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Dominique also holds a Texas Director’s Certificate and earned Reading and ESOL endorsements through her elementary education program. At The Enrichery, she is dedicated to supporting students, families, and coaches while fostering a collaborative culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Did You Know?
Dominique was born and raised in Florida and is proudly 100% Dutch, with much of her family living in the Netherlands. She loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her family. Dominique is the proud mom of one son and is excited to welcome another little boy to her family soon. Whether she’s exploring a new place or enjoying time outside, she values experiences that bring people together.

Dominique’s favorite core value is Be Intentional because it reminds her to approach every interaction with purpose and care. She believes meaningful relationships and lasting impact are built through thoughtful actions, consistency, and genuine support. For Dominique, being intentional means focusing on people rather than simply completing tasks. She strives to lead in a way that helps students, families, and her team feel valued, supported, and empowered every day.
