Hope Whitfield brings a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for supporting students to her work at The Enrichery. She earned a BA in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Mississippi, a Master of Liberal Arts in History and Social Science from Spring Hill College, and an honorary doctoral degree in Business from Trinity International University. Her favorite part of working with students is building meaningful connections and helping them grow with confidence and purpose. Hope values being part of a team that prioritizes thoughtful support and intentional progress for every learner.
Hope has extensive experience working with children and families across educational and behavioral settings. She currently serves as a teacher with CFISD and has previously worked as a long-term substitute teacher in Garden Grove, California. Her background also includes roles as a behavioral specialist with Tustin Families Together, a house parent with Olive Crest, and a family teacher with Boys Town. These experiences have shaped her ability to support students with care, structure, and consistency.
Outside of her work with students, Hope enjoys watching documentaries and reading autobiographies. She loves learning about real people, real stories, and the experiences that shape lives over time. These interests reflect her curiosity and appreciation for growth, reflection, and understanding others. Families often appreciate her thoughtful and grounded approach.
Hope’s favorite Enrichery core value is Be Intentional. She believes that intentional actions create meaningful outcomes for students and families. Being purposeful in communication, planning, and support allows her to show up fully for each student she works with. This value guides her daily work.
