Kate brings over a decade of experience in supplemental education, with a strong focus on college admissions guidance. Throughout her career, she has held roles that span human resources, recruiting, interim location leadership, and multiple levels of management, as well as working directly with students on undergraduate, transfer, and graduate admissions. She has also created and facilitated trainings and workshops related to college admissions strategy and essay writing, supporting both student-facing work and internal team development. Kate completed her EOS Integrator certification in 2023, further strengthening her ability to support organizational clarity, accountability, and execution.
Kate was born in the United Kingdom and has dual citizenship from the UK and USA. Kate is a passionate sports fan who unconditionally loves the Houston Texans and Astros. When she is not working or watching sports, she loves reading, group exercise classes, volunteering with Dress for Success Houston, and is otherwise not far from her miniature dachshund, Gordie.
