Latasha brings a strong customer service background and a passion for creating positive experiences to her role as Office Manager at our Sugar Land location. She previously pursued a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering before deciding to take time to explore the path that best aligns with her long-term goals. Latasha enjoys building relationships with students and families and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported. Her favorite part of the job is helping ensure each visit is smooth, organized, and encouraging from start to finish.
Where Latasha Makes an Impact
Latasha has spent most of her professional career in customer service and hospitality, developing exceptional leadership and communication skills along the way. She began working in high school before continuing her career in retail and eventually the theater industry, where she advanced from Team Lead to Assistant Manager at Regal Edwards and later served as a Senior Assistant Manager at Cinemark. Along the way, she gained extensive experience leading teams, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. She is also a Certified Pharmacy Technician and a licensed All Lines Insurance Adjuster, bringing a diverse skill set and detail-oriented approach to supporting the Sugar Land community.

When she’s not at The Enrichery, Latasha enjoys expressing her creativity through pottery and painting ceramics. She is also a big fan of horror movies and loves discovering new favorites in the genre. Her creative hobbies give her a chance to unwind while exploring new artistic techniques. Whether she’s creating something by hand or watching a suspenseful film, she enjoys experiences that keep her curious and inspired.
