Lindsay grew up in Dallas and graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent several years caring for children as a pediatric pulmonary nurse at leading children’s hospitals, including Texas Children’s Hospital, before transitioning into her role as a stay at home mom and active community volunteer. In 2022, she brought her passion for helping others to The Enrichery as the Katy Freeway Office Manager. She later stepped into the role of Lead Office Manager in 2023, supporting multiple locations across the organization, and in 2026, she became the Location Director at Katy Freeway.
Through thoughtful customer service and careful coordination of coach schedules, Lindsay creates a welcoming and supportive experience for every family and coach she works with. As Location Director, she now leads the overall experience at Katy Freeway, ensuring each student receives the personalized support they need to grow both academically and personally. She enjoys building strong relationships and serving as a consistent, reliable point of connection for students and parents. Watching students gain confidence and reach their goals is one of the most rewarding parts of her role, and she takes pride in contributing to the continued success of the Katy Freeway community.
Lindsay is a mom of two college students and a stepmother to two, all of whom attended schools in Houston and have navigated the college admissions process. They now attend Wake Forest, SMU, Ole Miss, and the University of Georgia and previously attended a mix of private schools, including St. John’s School, and public schools in the area. This gives her a meaningful personal connection to the families she supports every day at The Enrichery. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys visiting her kids at college and spending time with her family. She also loves Pilates and traveling whenever she can.
Lindsay’s favorite core value is Win As One because she truly believes great things happen when people work together. She values collaboration and shared purpose in everything she does, from supporting her team to helping students succeed. This mindset shapes how she shows up for both families and colleagues each day. For Lindsay, working together creates the strongest path forward for everyone.
