Get to Know Massa, Academic Coach
Massa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Houston after earning an Associate of Arts from Lone Star College Cy-Fair and graduating from Cypress Park High School. He enjoys helping students strengthen their skills and gain confidence, especially in language arts. Massa’s favorite part of working with students is encouraging them to grow one step at a time while celebrating their progress along the way. He believes that a supportive learning environment helps every student reach their full potential.
Where Massa Makes an Impact
Massa’s experience reflects her passion for education, teamwork, and organization. She began as a Teacher Assistant at Masjid Al-Mustafa, where he supported classroom instruction, student learning, and daily classroom management. She later gained valuable customer service experience at Russo’s New York Pizzeria before taking on leadership and research roles as an Assistant Showrunner at CoogTV and a Research Assistant at the University of Houston, where she coordinates production logistics and assists with participant research and data collection. At The Enrichery, Massa teaches elementary language arts, helping young students build strong reading, writing, and communication skills in a positive and encouraging environment.

When she’s not working or studying, Massa enjoys spending time on film sets and learning more about the production process. Her interest in media production has given her opportunities to collaborate with creative teams while developing strong organizational and communication skills. She enjoys being part of projects that bring people together to create something meaningful. That same collaborative spirit carries over into the way she works with students every day.
