Melanie has spent over a decade leading teams of educators, developing strong systems for leadership, mentoring, and team growth. She believes deeply in outstanding customer service and in building authentic relationships with every person who walks through The Enrichery’s doors. Her background in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources informs her thoughtful approach to coaching, communication, and accountability. Melanie is especially passionate about mentoring educators and leaders so they can grow with confidence and purpose.
Melanie is a parent to three teenagers, all of whom have learning differences or are neurodivergent, which deeply informs her empathy and perspective. She enjoys cross-stitching and often pairs it with listening to audiobooks in her free time. Melanie has a bearded dragon named Goldie, despite having once been afraid of reptiles. She also enjoys helping her high school daughter run a small crochet business, supporting everything from marketing to day-to-day organization.

She strongly believes in working hard, stepping in where help is needed, and doing what it takes to support both students and colleagues. Owning responsibilities, follow-through, and even mistakes is central to how she leads and grows. For Melanie, this value reflects integrity, accountability, and teamwork in action.
