Samantha has over a decade of experience in customer service across a variety of roles, along with three years working with the Transportation Security Administration. She also worked at Activate Games, where she was recognized for her strong performance and attention to operational upkeep. As Office Manager for The Woodlands, she helps ensure daily operations run smoothly and that families and coaches have a positive, well supported experience. Her background allows her to stay organized, adaptable, and highly responsive in a fast paced environment.
Samantha has been involved in theatre from middle school through college, which reflects her long standing creative side. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two corgis, who she describes as fluffy and full of personality. She brings a mix of energy and warmth into everything she does, both professionally and personally.
Samantha’s favorite core value is Roll Up Your Sleeves (and Own It) because she believes challenges are meant to be worked through, not avoided. She values persistence and taking responsibility in order to reach meaningful outcomes. For her, success comes from putting in the effort and staying committed even when things get difficult.
