Tatyana holds two bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Houston Christian University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Policy with a focus on Education Policy at the University of Houston. She enjoys supporting students as they navigate challenges and develop their skills. Tatyana values being part of a team that prioritizes thoughtful guidance and meaningful growth. She finds fulfillment in helping students build confidence and reach their goals.
Tatyana’s background in recruitment brings a people-first mindset and a strong foundation in communication, organization, and relationship-building to her role at The Enrichery. As Front Desk Coordinator, she plays a key role in supporting daily operations by maintaining clear communication with families, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring the center runs smoothly. Tatyana enjoys building meaningful connections with students and families and takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment from the moment they arrive.
Outside of The Enrichery, Tatyana is a proud dog mom to a Boxsky named Koop. She enjoys live music, fishing trips with her family, and exploring creative pursuits. Her creative background allows her to bring a unique perspective and problem-solving approach to her work.
A former collegiate volleyball player, Tatyana knows the power of teamwork firsthand, having won a championship during her college career. Her favorite core value at The Enrichery is Win as One, which resonates deeply with her personal and professional philosophy.
