Tyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the University of Houston. He also earned certificates in Leadership and Human Resource Management, reflecting his passion for developing both people and organizations. As Office Manager, Tyson enjoys creating a welcoming, organized environment where students and families feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. His favorite part of the role is building meaningful relationships and helping ensure every family has a positive experience at The Enrichery.
Where Tyson Makes an Impact
Tyson brings a diverse professional background that combines customer service, leadership, and operations. He has worked as a Rural Carrier Associate with the United States Postal Service, served as an Assistant Manager at Chloe Nails & Spa, and volunteered with AdventHealth, experiences that strengthened his communication, organization, and service-oriented mindset. Tyson is also a trained and certified Life Insurance Agent and has experience with needs assessments, client relationships, and case management. At The Enrichery, he uses these skills to keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring students, families, and coaches receive exceptional support.

Tyson is bilingual in English and Vietnamese and enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds. As the oldest of five siblings, family has always played an important role in his life and has helped shape his leadership style. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, attending music and EDM festivals, reading, working out, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. His curiosity and enthusiasm for new experiences carry over into the welcoming energy he brings to the office.
