Akif is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering at Texas A&M University, where he is exploring different engineering disciplines with the goal of pursuing electrical engineering. He has a strong passion for mathematics and enjoys helping students see challenging concepts as opportunities for growth. Akif believes that the right mindset and approach can make even difficult subjects feel manageable. His favorite part of working with students is helping them build confidence and discover their own ability to succeed.
Where Akif Makes an Impact
Akif brings experience in teamwork, problem-solving, and service to his role at The Enrichery. While working as a barista at Starbucks, he developed strong communication skills and learned how to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. He is also involved with Engineers Without Borders at Texas A&M, an organization focused on creating engineering solutions to support communities in need. At The Enrichery, Akif helps students strengthen their math skills while encouraging them to approach challenges with curiosity, persistence, and confidence.

Akif has a deep love for astronomy and astrophysics and enjoys exploring the mysteries of the universe. One of his favorite activities is looking at the night sky through his telescope and learning more about the stars and planets around us. His curiosity extends beyond the classroom, and he is always excited to discover new ideas and perspectives. Whether he is studying engineering or exploring space, Akif enjoys learning how things work.
