Location Director
Dominique brings a wealth of educational experience to her role as Location Director, holding a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Her background includes teaching elementary students, serving as a reading coach, leading a private preschool, and teaching at the university level. She also holds a Texas Director’s Certificate along with Reading and ESOL endorsements, giving her a well-rounded perspective on supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Dominique is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where students and families feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. She believes that being intentional in every interaction helps build confidence, meaningful relationships, and lasting success. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with her family, and staying connected with her Dutch heritage.
