Front Desk Coordinator
Kristi brings a strong background in project and program management, leadership, and team development to her role as a Front Desk Coordinator. She earned an associate degree in Legal Secretarial Studies before continuing her education with college coursework in Criminology. Kristi loves meeting new people and making them feel welcome, and she is excited to bring her experience and positive energy to the team. She looks forward to creating a warm, supportive environment where students, families, and teammates feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Where Kristi Makes an Impact
Kristi has many years of experience in project and program management, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Throughout her career, she has especially enjoyed helping new team members build confidence and succeed in their roles. She has completed extensive training in project and program leadership, leadership development, team building, and collaboration. These experiences have prepared her to manage responsibilities with care while building strong relationships with the people around her. At The Enrichery, Kristi is excited to use her experience to support the team and help create a welcoming experience for every student and family.

Kristi is a proud mom to her amazing kiddos and three very spoiled Dachshunds! Outside of work, she loves getting creative through crafting and enjoys thrifting and searching for unique treasures. She appreciates the fun of finding something unexpected and giving herself opportunities to explore her creativity.
