She enjoys spending time with her family at elaborate dinners, where good food and conversation are always the highlight. In her free time, Bertha loves sipping coffee while diving into a good book, attending live music or comedy shows, and traveling to new places whenever the opportunity arises.
Bertha’s favorite core value is Roll Up Your Sleeves. She believes in diving in and tackling challenges alongside her team, whether that means solving problems, improving processes, or supporting staff and students alike. For her, this value reflects the importance of being fully engaged, proactive, and hands-on in all aspects of the business. Bertha enjoys modeling this approach for her team, showing that thoughtful effort and collaboration can drive meaningful results and growth.
