As a talented triple threat in singing, dancing, and acting, Brandy would likely be a professional actor if she had not chosen a career in education. She finds inspiration in all things creative and artistic in her personal time. One major item remaining on her bucket list is the opportunity to perform on Broadway. This passion for the arts informs her vibrant and creative approach to leadership.
Be Intentional is Dr. West’s favorite core value because she believes that student success never happens by accident. Her extensive experience has taught her that true achievement requires the purposeful design of data-driven systems. For her, being intentional means moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to instruction. She ensures that every strategy used is a deliberate step toward empowering her students to reach their full potential.
