With over 15 years of leadership experience in education and operations, Tracy Walt brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Center Director. A graduate of Penn State with a degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Education Administration from Lamar University, Tracy has held multiple positions in the Katy Independent School District, including Assistant Principal. During her time in education, she has strived to train and mentor students and staff to reach their full potential. Improving student outcomes and helping others achieve their goals is what motivates her to provide excellent service.
Tracy fosters a collaborative environment where students and educators can thrive. Tracy’s leadership style revolves around building relationships and she is excited about partnering with parents, schools and the community to help inspire student confidence, independence, and ownership of their academic journey.
