Get to Know Dawn, Location Director at The Woodlands

Dawn holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from LeTourneau University. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping others grow by sharing knowledge, building confidence, and encouraging lifelong learning. Dawn enjoys working with students because every interaction is an opportunity to help someone overcome obstacles and discover their potential. She believes that with the right guidance and support, every student can develop the skills needed to succeed.

Where Dawn Makes an Impact

Dawn brings a wealth of experience in leadership, training, and mentorship across multiple industries. She spent 12 years in direct sales before serving for six years as the National Training Manager for Dominion Enterprises, where she developed and taught courses in sales, leadership, recruiting, hiring, and conflict resolution. She later served as Clinic Manager for the Sandstone Center for Neurofeedback, combining her leadership skills with a passion for supporting mental wellness. Dawn is also actively involved in the mental health community as a Workgroup Leader on the Montgomery County Behavioral Health and Suicide Prevention Task Force and facilitates peer support groups for caregivers. She is a Board Certified Neurofeedback Technician (BCN-T), bringing a unique perspective on learning, resilience, and personal growth.

When she’s not working, Dawn enjoys spending time with family at her lake house, where she can relax and recharge. She also loves reading and antiquing, always on the lookout for a unique find or a great story. Her appreciation for lifelong learning extends well beyond the classroom and into her everyday life. Whether exploring a new book or supporting her community, Dawn enjoys finding meaningful ways to connect with others.
