Lynn spent ten years in the Houston advertising industry building relationships and coordinating campaigns that increased market share for clients. She then dedicated nineteen years to education across public and private schools in the Houston area, teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st grade, math and science in 3rd grade, and humanities in 4th grade. Lynn also served as a math interventionist for Pre-K through 8th grade and later worked as a K-2 Instructional Coach. Her diverse experience allows her to support both students and educators with thoughtful strategy and care.
Lynn enjoys spending time outdoors and loves activities such as camping, hiking, walking, and kayaking. She completed the MS 150 and often visits Memorial Park and the Houston Arboretum to relax and recharge. Being outside helps her maintain balance and brings energy to her work.
Lynn’s favorite core value is Be Intentional. She believes that approaching work with focus and purpose encourages a proactive mindset and helps individuals set and achieve meaningful goals. For Lynn, intentional actions support long term academic success and personal growth.
