Get to Know Marley, Academic Coach
Marley is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Texas A&M University, where she continues to explore her passion for science and healthcare. She is fascinated by the world of pathology and enjoys helping students see the real-world connections behind what they are learning. Marley loves creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence. Her goal is to make challenging concepts feel approachable while encouraging curiosity and growth.
Where Marley Makes an Impact
Marley brings hands-on experience from both healthcare and scientific research settings. She worked as a Specimen Accessioner at Sagis Diagnostics, where she processed and documented a wide range of medical specimens while gaining insight into diagnostic laboratory procedures. She also worked as a Clinical Scribe with ScribeAmerica, documenting patient encounters and supporting providers with medical records and treatment information. Marley currently researches sleep cycles in cassiopea jellyfish through the Strader Lab at Texas A&M University and has also shadowed a pathologist’s assistant, gaining experience with frozen samples, bone marrow specimens, and tissue handling. At The Enrichery, Marley supports students in science and other academic areas while bringing her passion for learning into every session.
Did You Know?
Marley has a deep appreciation for all things related to pathology, science, and discovery. Outside of academics, she loves spending time with cats, exploring makeup, and collecting Monchhichi characters. She also enjoys being involved in unique communities and was part of Maggies at Texas A&M, the first women’s organization on campus. Her mix of scientific curiosity and creative interests makes her someone who is always excited to learn something new.

Marley’s favorite core value is Be Intentional because she believes every action should be approached with purpose and care. Through her experience with Maggies at Texas A&M, she learned the importance of putting intention behind everything she does. Marley believes that effort and thoughtfulness are essential to creating meaningful results, whether in academics, relationships, or personal growth. She brings this mindset into her work with students by showing up prepared, engaged, and committed to helping them succeed.
