Get to Know Ryan, Front Desk Coordinator at Memorial West

Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and holds a certificate in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot. He is also continuing his education by pursuing certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Ryan enjoys creating a welcoming environment where students and families feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. His favorite part of working at The Enrichery is building positive relationships and helping each visit run as smoothly as possible.

Where Ryan Makes an Impact

Ryan brings a well-rounded background in customer service, operations, and hospitality. During college, he worked in several roles at Swan Point Golf Course before gaining operational experience as an intern with the Residence Life department at the University of St. Thomas. After graduation, he continued building strong client relationships as a sales associate at FS8 Pilates and Orangetheory Fitness before joining The Enrichery. These experiences have equipped Ryan with excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills that help create an outstanding experience for students and families every day.

Did You Know?

Ryan attended college on a full scholarship for e-sports, competing in Overwatch tournaments across the United States and Canada as a member of his university’s team. Outside of work, he enjoys learning about fitness and nutrition as he works toward his NASM certifications. Ryan is also the proud owner of a very handsome cat named Poof, who is one of his favorite companions. His unique experiences and wide range of interests make him someone who loves learning and connecting with others.

Ryan’s favorite core value is Be Intentional because it reflects the way he approaches both his personal and professional life. He believes it’s important to understand the purpose behind your actions before committing to them, allowing you to make thoughtful decisions and build meaningful relationships. For Ryan, intentionality leads to greater self-awareness, stronger connections, and more impactful work. He strives to bring that mindset into every interaction with students, families, and teammates.
