Sydney Sike holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6 from Texas State University and has been with The Enrichery for a little over a year. She enjoys helping students grow academically while building confidence in their abilities. Sydney values creating supportive learning environments where each student can thrive. Being part of a team that encourages curiosity and celebrates progress is what makes her role fulfilling.
Sydney brings experience teaching elementary students and supporting their learning in a variety of ways. She has taught 2nd and 3rd grade ELAR and worked as an interventionist for 3rd-5th grade students. She has also supported schools in roles such as 504 coordinator and RTI coordinator. Her certifications and training allow her to adapt to students’ individual needs and help them succeed.
Sydney is an avid reader, foodie, dog lover, and proud mommy of two. She enjoys exploring new restaurants and sharing her love of books with others. Her warm and relatable personality helps her build strong connections with students and families.
Sydney’s favorite Enrichery core value is Think Big. She believes in encouraging students to dream beyond immediate challenges and imagine what is possible. Thinking big inspires students to stay motivated and confident as they work toward their goals. This value guides how she supports and encourages every student.
