Ayan Mammadova holds a BS in Biomedical and Biophysical Sciences from the University of Houston, with minors in Spanish and Medical Ethics and Sciences. She also earned a master’s degree in Medical Sciences and has been with The Enrichery for over two years. Ayan enjoys helping students navigate challenging material while building confidence in their abilities. She values being part of a learning environment that supports growth through thoughtful guidance.
Ayan brings a strong background in science and student support to her work. She has experience as a lab assistant at the University of Houston and as a medical assistant in an urgent care setting. During her undergraduate studies, she tutored ESL students as well as general chemistry and biology. These experiences allow her to support students with clarity, patience, and academic depth.
Ayan can speak three languages, including Russian, Azerbaijani, and English. Her multilingual background helps her connect with students from diverse experiences. She enjoys learning about different cultures and perspectives. Families often appreciate her calm and thoughtful approach.
