Bryan is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Houston. He also attended DeBakey High School in the Texas Medical Center, an experience that helped shape his discipline, work ethic, and dedication to academic growth. He began his journey at The Enrichery as a Front Desk Coordinator and has since grown into the role of Bellaire Office Manager, while also contributing to the marketing team through creative content. Bryan enjoys being closely involved in the student experience and values the opportunity to support families as they navigate their academic journey. One of his favorite parts of the role is witnessing students have breakthrough “aha” moments and watching their confidence grow over time.
Bryan brings a strong background in client facing and student centered roles, including his experience as a Camp Guide at the Houston Zoo where he taught curriculum and engaged with children in an interactive learning environment. During high school, he participated in the Zoo Crew Program and Teen Leadership Council as a Lead Camp Mentor, further strengthening his leadership and communication skills with younger learners. He also worked with Fiveable, helping students prepare for success on their AP exams. At The Enrichery, Bryan ensures daily operations run smoothly so families experience a welcoming and well organized environment, while also supporting creative marketing efforts and serving as a friendly, familiar face for Bellaire families.
Bryan has a unique feature where his eyes appear to be two noticeably different shades of brown when viewed closely. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently learning French, which reflects his love for language and communication. He also has a younger brother and values family as an important part of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys continuing to grow personally and exploring new interests.
Bryan’s favorite core value is Be Intentional because he believes meaningful relationships are built through thoughtful actions and clear purpose. He values taking time to understand the “why” behind what he does, especially when working with families and students. For Bryan, intentionality brings clarity, growth, and stronger connections. It is a guiding principle in how he supports both students and the overall Bellaire community.
