Michelle brings a deep and well-rounded academic background to her coaching, with degrees in liberal arts, psychology, and leadership in higher education. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education at Sam Houston State University and has been part of The Enrichery team for some time. Michelle enjoys helping students find meaning in their learning and build confidence through thoughtful guidance.
Michelle has experience teaching psychology, history, and social studies, along with serving as a senior regional advisor and adjunct instructor at the university level. She is certified as a Texas Generalist for grades 4 through 8 and brings strong instructional and mentoring skills into her sessions.
Michelle’s best friend is a 120-pound German Shepherd who is a big part of her life. She brings the same loyalty, care, and consistency she values in her personal life into her work with students.
Michelle’s favorite core value is Create Raving Fans. She believes strong relationships with students and families are at the heart of meaningful growth.
