Sia brings over 3.5 years of customer service experience and has developed a strong foundation in client-facing work. She currently holds a real estate license and simultaneously works as a real estate advisor in commercial real estate, which supports her ability to listen closely and think in tailored solutions. In high school, she worked directly in childcare, overseeing elementary-aged children and assisting with cognitive development and intellectual stimulation. At The Enrichery, she supports daily operations and helps ensure every client has the best possible experience.
Sia speaks three languages: English, Hindi, and Nepali. She was born and raised in Northern Virginia and enjoys learning about others and what makes each person unique. In high school, she did Bollywood dance for two years, which remains a meaningful part of her background. These experiences help her connect with families and students in a warm, approachable way.
Sia’s favorite core value is Be Intentional. She believes it is important to stay present, especially in a world where people are often stressed and preoccupied in their thoughts. To her, being intentional means approaching each interaction with care and purpose. She sees this reflected in The Enrichery’s commitment to a personalized approach that does not generalize education or tutoring for students.
