Melanie Perez has a strong background in education and leadership. She holds a Bachelors degree in Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership. Her professional journey includes nearly seven years as a Director at Kids ‘R’ Kids International, where she led teams and successfully managed childcare operations. In 2021, she earned the prestigious Director of the Year award for her outstanding performance.

As a mother of three, two of which have learning differences, Melanie brings a personal understanding of the challenges families face, enabling her to provide empathetic and informed support.
